PHASE 1: Discovery - Two one-on-one consulting sessions where we dive into your membership model profile, develop your ideal member success journey and map out the different levels you want your membership site to have.
Business Design roadmap: we create a plan where the requirements, milestones and specifics of your project are laid out.
Website sitemap: the centralized planning tool that helps us organize and clarify the content that needs to be on your site, and the outline for the content that your site needs.
User Journey Flows: we design all of our client’s website with the customer front and center. With the clear customer persona we’ve developed during the discovery process, we know design the journey for your various customer segments.
PHASE 2: User Interface (UI) Design - A website should be more than a layout with some images and words, it should be planned according to your goals, designed make your dream customer want more, and function like a well-trained employee.
Wireframes: before pushing the first pixel in our design, we’ll create the main pages wireframes to show the dynamic elements of your website. Wireframes allows us to set the hierarchy of the content based on the interactions the user engages in without visual distractions.

It depends on our development cycle, but most of the times is less than two weeks. The first step is for you to fill out the application form and schedule a call for me so we can get to know each other and figure out if our companies are a good fit for each other.
We've done that before for clients that have engaged with us in a more intense way. It is possible, but I'm not going to lie, it's very rare. This process requires a lot of back and forth, including calls for check in and UX testing to make your site the best experience possible for your members.
If you're looking for someone to just add the plugin and create the basic setup of the membership, we're not the right fit for you. As interaction designers and developers, we believe that every experience should start with the customer and without taking the time to work on your user journeys and creating a strategy for your membership site, it will be very hard to make it a successful one.
Once your site is launched, you'll receive a complementary 30 day support. We want to make sure we give you all the attention you need during the critical initial days. After that period, you can then enroll in our Website Care Plan to keep your membership site safe and updated, as well as count on us as your internal tech team.
