Design Process
Candelita is a design boutique that provides cross-platform design services. We believe in the power of play and interaction as an approach, inspiration and provocateur for social engagement. The company offers multimedia services in interaction design, visual communication and creative production by combining the most powerful aspects of research, design and technology.
As designers, we use a “design process” where observation, prototyping and storytelling are applied in a wide range of mediums. In doing so, we present both the non-linear and abstract thinking of design as a more step-by-step plan to solve emerging trends, provide different types of implementation and perfect harmony between the user and design artifact, be it an object, place or service.

One on One Consultations: We have two 1-hour slots per week allocated to individual consultations. Do you need a fresh set of eyes on a project? An actionable list of tweaks and changes? Ideas for new content? Not a problem.
Here’s what we need to know:
Budget: We need to know a budget range. This is so we can advise you on what we can do within your budget, rather than what we cannot.
Timescales: We also need to know when, ideally, you would like to start your project, or when the project must be completed by.
Wireframes, notes or sketches: We need to gauge the workload. These are all very helpful when scoping the amount of work involved. Send these across in an email and we’ll get back to you.
Your timezone: We’re happy to schedule Skype calls to chat through your work.
